๐ Returns Policy
๐งต Customized Products (Teamwear, Uniforms, Bats, Trophies, etc.)
- Not eligible for return or exchange once the design is approved and production begins.
- Returns will only be accepted in case of manufacturing defects or if the product received is incorrect or damaged.
- Claims must be raised within 3 days of delivery with supporting images and order details.
๐ฆ Non-Customized Products (General Sports Equipment, Apparel, etc.)
- Return requests accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or sent in error.
โ Cancellation Policy
โ Before Production Begins (Customized Orders)
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, or before design approval, whichever comes first.
- A full or partial refund will be processed based on order status.
โ After Production Begins
- Cancellation is not allowed once customization or manufacturing has started.
๐ For Non-Customized Items
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, they fall under the return policy.
๐ธ Refund Process
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 5โ7 business days to the original mode of payment.
- For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer upon receiving returned items.
