🔁 Returns Policy

🧵 Customized Products (Teamwear, Uniforms, Bats, Trophies, etc.)

• Not eligible for return or exchange once the design is approved and production begins.
• Returns will only be accepted in case of manufacturing defects or if the product received is incorrect or damaged.
• Claims must be raised within 3 days of delivery with supporting images and order details.

📦 Non-Customized Products (General Sports Equipment, Apparel, etc.)

• Return requests accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or sent in error.

❌ Cancellation Policy

✅ Before Production Begins (Customized Orders)

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, or before design approval, whichever comes first.
• A full or partial refund will be processed based on order status.

❌ After Production Begins

• Cancellation is not allowed once customization or manufacturing has started.

🛒 For Non-Customized Items

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, they fall under the return policy.

💸 Refund Process

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.
• For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer upon receiving returned items.

• Knokkout Sports reserves the right to reject returns or refunds if the items show signs of use, damage, or tampering.
• Bulk and institutional orders are subject to separate return/cancellation terms as discussed during order confirmation.
